Welcome to our Virtual, Covid Edition, of Three Degrees of Hell!!
Three Degrees of Hell is a race held in the *7th month, run as a *7-miler or *7K, and is run at *7PM and *7AM. (During our live edition of this race, we have 7 overall awards and it is run on three different trails.)

This is what you do –
*Register at www.tripledareruns.com.
*Run a 7K or 7-Miler on the trail of your choice.
*If you want to REALLY be a BADA$$, run a 7K or 7-Miler three times on three different trails.
*Finish your run/runs during this 7th month of the year, July, and submit a screenshot/s of your run/s to firstname.lastname@example.org before the month ends.
*Wait for your sweet swag to arrive!!

ALL BELOW INFORMATION IS FOR THREE DEGREES 2021
It will be a HELL of a good time!! Come run three races and earn up to four medals!! You earn one medal for each race and a fourth if you do all three!! We are sticking with the "Lucky in Vegas" theme with the numbers 7 and 21! This race begins on the 10th day of the 7th month at 7 PM. Runners will either run a 7K or 7-miler during each race. If you run all three, you will have run a Lucky 21K or Lucky 21-miler! Awards will be given out from 1-7th place! The first race takes place on the trails in beautiful Bootleg Canyon at 7 PM (Boulder City.) The second race takes place at 7 AM on the trails in the breathtaking Rainbow Gardens in Las Vegas. The final race takes place at 7 PM at majestic Whitney Mesa in Henderson. After the last leg of the race, we will have a beer/pizza and swim party at the Whitney Outdoor Pool, same parking lot as Whitney Mesa. Just grab your swimsuit and walk over! The pool party will go from 8:00-10:30pm.
Due to Covid-19, the pool party is cancelled until further notice.

- From Albertsons on the Corner of N. Hollywood and Charleston, 6885 E. Lake Mead Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89156, Drive East through the mountains 6.8 Miles to Trailhead on the right.
-From the Interstate 15 take exit #45, East Lake Mead and head EAST. Drive approximately 13 miles to the staging area on the right.
-From the US-93, take EXIT #72, EAST Charleston Blvd. Drive East approximately 3.7 miles.
-Turn Left on North Hollywood Blvd. Drive approximately 2.5 miles.
-Turn Right on East Lake Mead Blvd. Drive approximately 6.8 miles and you will see the staging area on the right.

RUN AT YOUR OWN RISK! Heat running can be deadly if you are not prepared. Hydrate, Hydrate, HYDRATE!! Wear light colored clothes, head cover, sunblock, and make sure you have acclimated your body to our hot temperatures. Having extra places to stuff ice is always a great idea.... sport's bra, pockets, head wear, socks...ect... We will have plenty of fluids, ice, shade, and medical available for you, but PLEASE prepare yourself for the heat. PLEASE watch the video above for further safety tips!
Participants will be required to remain on the trails and within the course boundaries so as to not disturb the natural surroundings. Runners need be conscious of the terrain and exercise care in foot placement.
